Malvern is excited to announce the launch of our new Service Requests!
Our new system allows you to log into your Nexus Community Website to create a Service Request. The Service Request is updated in real time, giving both the Unit Owner and Property Manager access to the most up-to-date information possible. Once complete, the Service Request helps us to create a maintenance log specific to your Unit.
We hope that all of our communities are already enjoying the features available to them on their individual community websites. The new Service Requests takes them to the next level and we are certain that they will enhance communication and customer satisfaction.
