Since we first launched Service Requests on our Nexus Community Websites in October, nearly 100 unit owners have taken advantage of the enhanced communication they provide. Not only can both the Property Manager and Unit Owner both access up-to-date information on the Service Request; it also creates a long-term maintenance log specific to your Unit.
