Ontario plans to move quickly to deliver upon the key commitments of this act. The province will continue to consult with members of the public and stakeholders to gather their expertise during the development of regulations and implementation of this important legislation.

We will continue to communicate updates regarding condo reform as we move ahead with implementation and regulation development.

On behalf of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, I want to thank you, once again, for your continued interest and involvement in the reform of Ontario’s Condominium Act, 1998.
