The team at Malvern is excited to announce that on February 16, 2018 we will be moving our head office location to 9140 Leslie Street, Suite 205, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4B 3L6. Our existing phone and fax numbers will remain the same in our new location, and we will update our website and social media pages after our move for easy reference.
For some time, we have been exploring options to move our facility to a more central location in the GTA in an effort to improve access to our team for all of our condominium clients.
Our new office space will be located near Highways 404 and 407 and will have ample surface parking right outside our doors! Meeting space and screens for presentations in Board meetings will remain available.
Along with our new centralized location we will be implementing more technology and tools to allow our team of Property Managers to work with more mobility, making it possible for them to be more productive while out on site visits.
