Malvern Condominium Property Management, a leader and dynamic growing firm, is seeking to add an Operations Manager to our team of professionals. The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Proven ability to manage Condominiums and staff successfully
- Expert-level knowledge of the Condominium Act
- Committed to working in a team environment and able to put the company first
- Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Understanding and possessing the ability to perform customer service at a high level
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products as well as MS Outlook
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- RCM designation and experience in an ACMO2000 environment an asset
The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Acting as a mentor/resource to Condominium Managers
- Providing training in customer service and various matters specific to Condominium Management
- Communicating at a senior level with Homeowners, Boards of Directors, Staff, and others
- Attending Corporation Meetings to assist with matters that require a high level of oversight
- Working in a team approach to bring on new clients
- Quality control of internal and external reporting systems
- Ongoing support and development of the Acmo 2000 program
