Bill Thompson has worked in property management since 1985. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University. Bill has served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, and has been an active member on many of its committees.
Bill was amongst the first to attain his R.C.M. designation, and attained his ACCI designation from the Canadian Condominium Institute in June 2000. He is a past President of the Toronto Chapter Board, and currently is the Chairman of the National Executive Board. He has lectured at CCI courses from the Basic and Advanced sessions. He has been a speaker at numerous condominium industry conferences across the country.
Bill’s commitment to “raising the bar” has defined his aspirations and his career in property management.
Lyndsey has been a leader at Malvern since she first joined our firm in June of 2002. She has shown her intelligence and drive over many years through many positions including Property Manager and Administration Manager.
She has been our ACMO2000 Leader for over a decade and has been responsible for the development of many of our current policies and procedures that make Malvern the best organized and most efficient management company in the Greater Toronto Area.
Her understanding of all things in Condominium make her a natural leader for our Property Managers, and an invaluable asset to our clients.
Lyndsey currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Condominium Institute - Toronto & Area Chapter, and is proud to have been selected as Manager of the Year 2017 by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.
She also takes an interest in municipal politics, and currently serves as Chair of the Property Standards and Animal Services Appeals Committee for the Town of Ajax.
Jessica has been in the Condominium Industry for over 15 years. Starting with a Condominium Developer, Jessica has a wide variety of experience in the various stages of Condominiums; from the planning stages to pre-delivery inspections, occupancy and registration.
Moving from the development side to management was a natural transition for Jessica. She has extensive knowledge in performance audits, legal issues, insurance claims, construction projects and the overall day-to-day operations of condominium corporations. She has managed a wide variety of properties including townhomes, high-rise, low-rise, commercial and common element condominiums.
Jessica's dedication and enthusiasm in the condominium industry shows in her level of services that she provides to clients.
Rosalind joined Malvern’s team in 2018 with a background in human resources, event management, and purchasing. Her previous experience makes her a natural fit to oversee the administrative operations on behalf of our Condominium clients.
Her experience planning large scale events and supporting fundraising initiatives are well-fitted to our organization. Rozi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Prince Edward Island and has a certificate in Event Management from Humber College. She is currently working towards her CHRP designation.
